As a registered charity, Roffey Park makes a considerable investment in research, the results of which help individuals and organisations to be fully aware of current and future trends at work (see our Research Policy). We identify some of the barriers they face when dealing with the challenges of modern organisational life, and we recommend practical ways of enabling individuals to be at their best at work. We effectively deliver information and insight that can contribute to improved performance - both individual and organisational.
