 Developing Resilience at Work

Succeeding under pressure, adapting well to turbulence, recovering quickly from setbacks

Resilience is becoming an increasingly important capability in today’s high pressure working environment. It is a capability that can be learned and developed by anyone. This programme enables you to adapt well to turbulence, and remain motivated, productive, and positive in the face of adversity.

Most people believe they are fairly resilient. This programme enables you to learn techniques that enhance your capacity and sustain it in the longer term. The programme content and learning design draw on recent research that you can individualise to your own particular needs.
