Organisational Development (OD) is a planned, holistic approach to improving organisational performance.  It is now a significant and influencital field of pratice that is ued increasingly in organisations to deal with issues such as: managing dynamic and complex change, putting people at the heart of their organisation, determining mission, values and strategy, introducing new systems and process, restructguring and enhancing leadership and employee morale. 

Roffey Park is established as a centre of excellence for OD.  Our MSc in People and Organisational Development has been running for nearly 20 years, our latest research (Best Practice in OD Evaluation) was published in 2009 and we help organisations across the world with OD Consultancy services.

This programme aims to provide you with a core understanding of what OD is along with practical tools and techniques to help you in your OD practice, improving your skills and providing you with greater awareness of self and group process.
